1 lb scallops (cut in
half
if large)
1/2 c bread crumbs
In a small pan:
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 T honey
4 T butter

Roll scallops in crumbs
and divide them equally into small baking dishes. Combine honey,
butter and oil and drizzle evenly over each portion of scallops
or you can use one dish.
Bake 475 degrees for 10 - 15 min.
