Due to age of the existing
wooden deck this proposed project would eliminate most of the clubhouse
deck northward to the existing pool deck.
The clubhouse would have a
walkway on all sides with the present stairs at the rear, the present
ramp at the front and possibly stairs on the north side.
The removal of the existing
deck would result in a large area at ground level which would have
a gazebo similar to the one at the North pool but a bit larger.
There is a drawing at the
office which owners can review. The "rose colored area"
would be pavers and soft scaping.
Four contractors are going
to submit bids which will include city permits.
At some future point the board
of directors will have to vote to go forward with this project and
decide on financing. Owners will be kept advised.
